Hi! These are the terms for using Amelia’s Muffins, a small roadside muffin & coffee stand operated by BuzzwordMojo LLC. By using this site or ordering muffins, you agree to the stuff below. If anything is unclear, email bob@buzzwordmojo.com.

What this is

Amelia is 8 and bakes muffins. Her dad helps run the business side. This website lets you pre-order muffins and coffee for pickup at the stand, or walk up and buy what’s left.

Your account

To pre-order, you need to sign in (we use Clerk; you can sign in with Google, Facebook, or an email + password). You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in info safe.

Pre-orders and pickup

• When you place a pre-order, we hold those muffins for you until your pickup window ends.
• We’ll give you a short pickup code. Show it (or your name) at the stand and we’ll match it to your order.
• If you don’t show up, we keep the order open until the window closes, then we may sell the muffins to walk-ups. We’ll do our best to follow up first.

Payments and refunds

• Payment options: pay online with Stripe at checkout, or pay at pickup with cash or Venmo.
• Online payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
• If something goes wrong with your order (we ran out, we missed a request, your muffin looked sad), email us and we’ll refund you or make it right.

Allergens and food safety

Muffins are baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens. We are notan allergen-free or certified commercial kitchen. If you have a serious allergy, please don’t order. We do our best to be accurate about ingredients, but we can’t guarantee against cross-contamination.

Things that can change

The menu, hours, pricing, and whether the stand is open at all can change without notice. Summer weather, school, family stuff, and the realities of running a kid-led business mean we might pause for a day or close early. We’ll try to keep the homepage up to date.

What you agree not to do

• Don’t place fake orders, abuse the pickup system, or harass an 8-year-old.
• Don’t try to break the site or its accounts.
• Don’t use the site if you’re under 13.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Disclaimer

We provide this site and the muffins “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, BuzzwordMojo LLC and Bob Mattax aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this site or eating our muffins (beyond, you know, our responsibility for the muffin itself).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where BuzzwordMojo LLC is registered. Any dispute we can’t resolve by email goes to the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we’ll update the effective date and post a note on the homepage.
